We currently offer two delivery options within the United Kingdom:

Free Shipping

• Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days

Express Shipping

• Cost: £4.99

• Estimated delivery time: 4–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant shipping details.

During peak periods, promotions, or bank holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.

3. Delivery Information

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

• Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier issues, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
